Martha and her staff at Earthscapes are wonderful. They made our pond wall project stress and worry free. From the very beginning to the very end, everything was discussed with us and the staff doing the job. Staff was very efficient in getting the job done. My husband Paul and I moved to Madison in June from the Chicago area. We had a vision of what we wanted to transform our back yard into. We both love to be outdoors and the weather in Mississippi is just beautiful, so we wanted a space to enjoy along with our children and 3 grandsons. The problem was we needed someone to help bring our vision to life.
We had driven by Earthscape Supply previously in passing and decided just to stop by. What we found was everything we had been looking for in a little package by the name of Martha Hill.
Martha was kind and extremely knowledgeable. We discussed what we were looking for and looked at the products that are offered. Martha came to our home the very next morning to look at our space. We got on the schedule and in a very short amount of time our project began.
We had the best group of guys working on our project: Nathan, Sylvester, Brandon, and Derrick. These guys worked so hard! And you could tell, without a doubt, they take so much pride in their work. Not only did this group create our beautiful stone work, they also poured our concrete for our hot tub, installed french drains, and did the landscaping. Martha was always a constant figure. She would come by to check the progress of the job, she always kept us informed and she met with us at the nursery to pick out our trees and plants.
Our space turned out even more beautiful than we had envisioned.
It was pure joy to work with Martha and the guys. The work was done exceptionally well and in a timely fashion. An added bonus was that we had the opportunity to meet and become friends with an amazing group of individuals.

We had an ongoing problem with erosion on our south sidewalk which was unsightly as well as a potential hazard to our residents. After several failed attempts to correct the problem, we enlisted the help of a contractor who worked with Earthscape to remedy the problem. The problem was resolved with a beautiful Earthscape Belvedere retaining wall. The wall was installed in a very timely and professional manner. A problem ended up being a very attractive south entrance to our building.

My wife and I had been looking for a year, trying to find a landscape contractor in the Jackson, MS area who could build us a fire pit and surrounding patio. Most said they did not do that kind of work, some never responded to our call, and only one visited and provided an estimate (not really what we wanted and a bit costly). Then, in August 2019, we discovered Earthscape Supply, LLC, before they even officially opened for business and almost in our back yard, in the Gluckstadt area. Two days after our call, Martha Hill, their General Manager, showed up at our home with product brochures and pictures, estimated costs, pros and cons of the various alternatives and recommendations. She was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and willing to spend as much time as necessary answering our questions. We gave her our desires later that same day, and two days later she provided the cost estimate and we signed the contract.
As soon as they were officially open for business, Martha showed up at our home with two of the hardest working, courteous gents I've ever met, Sylvester and Amilcar, and the latter two started to dig in, literally and much of it without the aid of machines. Five days later, they were done. The Grand Flagstone patio with 14-foot seat wall and Belvedere fire pit were professionally constructed, the grass sod was replaced around the patio, and we couldn't be happier with the result.
The number of service businesses that impress me these days I can count on the fingers of one hand (my wife says I'm a curmudgeon/grouch). Earthscape Supply is one of them. It truly was a joy to work with them, and I heartily recommend them for any of your landscaping needs.

We started our patio and fire pit planning with the thought that we could do it ourselves with some help on the side, but as we looked at designs, tried to find materials in stock, looked at challenges of our property, and how much time it would take away from everything else that we wanted to do, the project became more daunting. We happened to drive by EarthScape one afternoon, stopped, walked in and met Martha Hill. Over the next few days Martha provided information on the EarthScape products, came out to our house and did a rough design. She answered all of our questions and concerns and provide an estimated cost that was higher than a do it yourself Home Depot cost, but reasonable given the proposed design, schedule, and quality of materials. We contracted with EarthScape. There was a delay in getting started because of rain but once they did start they stayed on the job until it was complete. The crew was experienced, worked hard, considerate of our property and pets. Martha made frequent visits to the job site and kept us informed. All in all it was a very good project, well-built, well-managed, reasonably priced. My wife and I added some landscaping and we’ve had our first fire in the fire pit and are very happy.
